With over 20 years of experience in the wind industry, Kaj is an electrically educated professional. He initially worked hands-on in turbines for five years before transitioning to a leadership role at Vestas, where he excelled for a decade. In 2016-2018, Kaj further honed his leadership abilities by completing a Diploma in Leadership at VIA Herning.
