KB Energy is seeking experienced Site-Based Supervisors to support construction activities across our wind industry projects in Europe.
As a Site-Based Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and project delivery standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with client teams, subcontractors, and our internal management to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Site-Based Supervisor within the wind industry.
- Ideally hold Vestas Level C and D training or equivalent certification.
- Candidates with other OEM experience (e.g., Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.
- For the right candidate, KB Energy can support a reskilling plan where training gaps are prevalent.
- Strong understanding of construction and installation phases of wind projects.
- Flexible and willing to work on a rotational schedule across multiple European locations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Applicants must be based in and eligible to work within the UK or EU.

An Operational Role with Real Impact

As an HSE Field Officer, you will be an essential part of our on-site delivery team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring safe, compliant, and sustainable execution of our projects in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a strong, proactive HSE culture across all levels of site operations.
- Serve as a visible and credible HSE role model and advisor on site.
- Identify and report hazards, near misses, and incidents.
- Maintain, review, and update the HSE Management System and Site HSE Plan.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and industry best practices.
- Support project teams in meeting HSE standards and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and making a difference at site level.
- Relevant HSE experience - preferably in wind energy, but transferable experience from other sectors is welcomed.
- Comfortable working in multicultural, international environments.
- Comfortable to work away from home in a rotational pattern
- Qualifications such as HSE NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety training.
- A self-starter who works well independently and is committed to continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Solid IT skills: Microsoft 365, SAP experience preferred.
